PAL is now offering Kickboxing

PAL is now offering a combination Kickboxing and boxing on Mondays from 5:45 to 7:30 and Wednesday 4:30 to 7:00. To enroll in the program you must be 8 to 18 years of age, there is an annual cost of $10 and $5 dollars for hand wraps. I will also need your most recent grade card.
